However, he has not been impleaded in the connected WP(C)/192/2021, hence, prays for impleadment of the Commandant, 11 NAP (IR) Battalion, Chumukedima, Nagaland as respondent no. 6 in the above writ petition. The prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant for impleadment of the Commandant, 11 NAP (IR) Battalion, Chumukedima, Nagaland as respondent no. 6, has not been objected by the learned counsel for the respondents.
