15112 of 2024 ===================================== nd Dated this the 22 day of July, 2024 J U D G M E N T The petitioner, stated to be the owner of the property having an extent of 18 Ares 49 sq. m. of land comprised in Survey Nos. 115/106, 115/107 and 115/108 of Kozhikode Taluk, in Kunnamangalam Village in Kozhikode District, has preferred Ext. P6 application under Form-5 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act and Rules, 2008, (for short, the Act and the Rules) seeking deletion of the property from the databank. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no orders have been passed on the statutory application so far. 3. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the nd 2 respondent Village Officer to give sufficient inputs required under st the Act and the Rules to the 1 respondent Revenue Divisional Officer or the officer authorised under Section 2(XVA) of the Act, within one W. P. (C) No. 15112 of 2024 .. 3.. st month from today.
On receipt of the same, the 1 respondent Revenue Divisional Officer/authorised officer will consider Ext.
