Das, learned standing counsel, APDCL who has obtained instructions dated 14. 12. 2020 and submits that if the petitioner deposits the quoted amount of Rs. 28,33,333/- within three days from today alongwith the necessary security deposit of a sum of Rs. 1,41,667/- then the lifting order would be issued in its favour. Mr. Haloi submits that his client would be satisfied with the above offer and would comply with the same. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudicating the writ petition.
