, the accused-petitioners, namely, Kaushik Bhuyan and Gyanendra Das @ Jnanendra Das have sought for bail in connection with Azara Police Station Case No. 691/2020, registered under Sections 120(B)/121(A)/120/419/140/468/471/260/262 IPC. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State. Also perused the materials on record and the case diary. The serious allegation has raised against the present petitioners that they were doing duty in LGBI Airport by wearing Army uniform and on query, they produced some fake identity cards and they exposed themselves. The investigation report reveals that all persons are acted on the instructions by some other person. The investigation of this case is going on and the I/O has prayed for further time to complete the same. Considering all above, the bail prayer at this stage stands rejected. Return the case diary.
