No. 963 of 2020 on the file of Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal (Special District Court I), Cuddalore questioning the award dated 17. 11. 2023. 2. From the supporting Affidavit filed, it is seen that the reason for the delay has been furnished to the effect that the amount for the court fee had been arranged with much difficulty and thereby was a delay in re-presentation of the Appeal also. 3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and that the respondent/Insurance Company has also filed an Appeal in C. M. A. No. 3516 of 2024 and the same is pending, the delay is condoned. (C. V. K. ,J. ) (K.
