Zhimomi, learned counsel for the writ petitioners submits that due to some subsequent developments, which need to be incorporated in the challenge made in the writ petition, the petitioners seek leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty file afresh. The prayer is not opposed by Ms. Pichano, learned Government Advocate, Nagaland, appearing for the official respondents as well as Mr. Pfosekhi Pfotte, learned counsel for the private respondents.
