Medhi, learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the arbitration clause as contained in Clause 26 of the Special Conditions of Contract submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant application for appointment of Arbitrator filed by allowing him to take recourse to the Arbitration clause, for which notice for appointment of Arbitrator was already issued way back on 28. 04. 2016.
