This complaint alleges non-compliance of the order dated 31. 10. 2025, whereby complainant’s FAO No. 763 of 2019 was disposed off. We are told at the Bar that the subject order was put in challenge before the Apex Court in SLP(C) No. 9633 of 2026 which eventually came to be rejected on 12. 03. 2026. 2. Learned AGA-Mr. Mohanty submits that the subject order would be complied with within six weeks and compliance report would be filed with Registrar General of this Court within one week next following. This Court agrees with the proposal, subject to the rider that if delay is brooked in compliance, for each day the OP No. 1 shall pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/-(Rupees One Thousand) only per day for the first one month and Rs.
2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) only for the days next following from his pocket only. This is, in addition to he facing the contempt action, separately. With the above observations, the complaint is dropped with liberty to the complainant to seek its revival for aggravated contempt, if undertaking is not complied with.
