Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the ll petitioner hled the instant Writ Petition questioning the action i of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retiral il . - Y. Learned Assistant Government pleader for Services_Ill did not dispute the submissions madc by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of w. p.
