In the light of the Judgement passed by this Court in Ramayee - Vs - The Sub Registrar and others - (2020 (6) CTC 697), the impugned order cannot be sustained. 6. The Writ Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the Impugned Refusal Check Slip dated 29. 11. 2024 is set aside and the respondent is directed to register the settlement deed dated 29. 11. 2024, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
