The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Arki P. S. Case No. 21/2022 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 33/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 15 & 25 of the N. D. P. S. Act, pending in the Court of learned D. A. S. J. -II, Khunti. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier twice rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 4. On 15. 04. 2022 at about 3:30 P. M.
, Arki police on the basis of confidential information apprehended this petitioner. On search, 39. 095 kgs. of doda was recovered from his possession and on his pointing 162. 08 kgs. of doda was recovered. 5. Report regarding the stage of trial, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that out of total 06 charge-sheeted witnesses, 03 witnesses have already been examined. It further appears that trial is likely to be concluded within six months. 6. Considering the fact that trial is under progress, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7.
