HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN AT JODHPUR S. B. Civil Writ Petition No. 3801/2025 Ashok Kumar Regar S/o Shri Madan Lal, Aged About 32 Years, R/o Regar Mohalla Soniyo Ka Chauk Bassi, Tehsil Bassi, District- Chiottoragarh Raj. ----Petitioner Versus 1. The State Of Rajasthan, Through The Secretary Planning And Enterpreneurship Government Of Rajasthan, Jaipur. 2. Director Training, Directorate Of Techinical Education Rajasthan Jodhpur 3. Secretary, Rajasthan Subordinate And Ministerial Servicer Selection Board, Jaipur 4. Deputy Director Training, Industrial Training Institute, Chittorgarh. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Navneet Singh Brikh For Respondent(s) : JUSTICE DINESH MEHTA Order 11/02/2025 1. By way of the present petition, petitioner has challenged the notice dated 29. 01.

2025, whereby the respondents have asked the petitioner to show cause as to why his services may not be terminated for obtaining a forged certificate of working from Saraswati ITOT, Bhatinda (Punjab). 2. Mr. Brikh, learned counsel for the petitioner argued that while furnishing the application form and relevant documents at the time of document verification, the petitioner has not relied upon such certificate issued by Saraswati ITOT, Bhatinda (Punjab) (2 of 2) [CW-3801/2025] and therefore, the respondent’s proposed action of termination is illegal and contrary to facts and law. 3. Admittedly, pursuant to the impugned notice dated 29. 01. 2025, the petitioner has filed reply and no final decision has been taken by the respondents so far. 4. According to this Court, the writ petition is premature. Unless a final decision is taken, the petitioner cannot invoke writ jurisdiction of this Court more particularly when the notice has not been challenged on the ground of jurisdiction. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner shall, however, be free to file a fresh writ petition in case, the respondents pass an order prejudicial to his rights in furtherance of the impugned show cause notice dated 29. 01. 2025. (DINESH MEHTA),J 26-Arun/-
