2025 issued by the Deputy Secretary (CAF & PD), Government of Manipur, and submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner was promoted to the post of Assistant Controller in the Weights & Measures Department under the administrative Page | 1 department of CAF & PD and therefore, the present writ petition does not survive for consideration and seeks for closing the same as not pressed. Therefore, keeping in view the submission which is made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner and even though learned senior counsel, Mr. M.
