Respondents BEFORE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE LANUSUNGKUM JAMIR Order 12. 06. 2020 Heard Mr. Juno Rahman, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Mrs. Sundari, learned G. A. appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3. By this application, the applicant is praying for modification of the Order dated 09. 06. 2020 passed in WP(C) No. 261 of 2020 on the ground that the interim Order which provides not to deduct 19 percent of the total net salary of the petitioner is a typographical mistake inasmuch as the prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition was that the salary of the petitioner has been reduced from Rs. 11,032/- to Rs. 5,000/- which is more that 55 percent of his net salary and therefore, there should be no deduction in the salary of the petitioner.
This Court on consideration of the materials available on record as well as the prayer made in the writ petition is also of the considered opinion that a typographical error has crept into the Order dated 09. 06. 2020 passed in WP(C) No. 261 of 2020. Accordingly, the interim Order passed in the Order dated 09. 06. 2020 is modified as under: “ In the interim, the School Management Committee of Khurai Sajor Leikai High School (Aided) is directed not to deduct any amount from the salary of the petitioner till the next returnable date. ” With the aforesaid modification, Misc. application stands disposed of. Furnish a copy of this Order to the learned counsel for both the parties through their respective e-mails.
