This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3. On perusal of the record, it appears that the Petitioner No. 1 is aged about 17 years. He is a juvenile. Earlier the Petitioner was directed to surrender and go on bail. Learned Magistrate did not accept the application of the Petitioner on the ground that the Petitioner is a juvenile. 4.
Taking into consideration the aforesaid fact, the Petitioner is directed to appear and move an application for bail before the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Bargarh in G. R. Case No. 1277 of 2024 arising out of Padampur P. S. Case No. 333 of 2024 within a period of four weeks from today. In such eventuality, learned Principal Page 1 of 2. Magistrate shall do well to consider the application for bail of the Petitioner keeping in view Section 12 of Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and dispose of the same on the very same day. It is also directed that the Petitioner shall not be arrested for a period of four weeks or till he surrenders before the P. M. , JJB, Bargarh. 5. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. ( A. K.
