This application has been preferred by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 08. 08. 2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 886 of 2025 so far as the petitioner no. 5 in the said order is concerned. The modification which has been sought for is with respect to extension of the period of surrender as it is stated that the father of the petitioner had died on account of which he could not surrender within the time specified by this Court in the order dated 08. 08.
2025 thus prompting the filing of the present application. On consideration of the averments made in the instant application, the same is allowed and the order dated 08. 08. 2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 886 of 2025 so far as the petitioner no. 5 in the said order is concerned (petitioner in the instant application) is modified to the extent that the period of surrender as mentioned in paragraph 6 of the said order is extended for a further Neutral Citation period of three weeks from today.
