[4] In the present case also, writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents, especially DC/CALA, Kamjong District and Ukhrul District to consider the prayer for re-survey in terms of the representation dated 03. 11. 2025 submitted in WP(C) No. 69 of 2026 and before passing final order by giving opportunity of being heard to the affected persons.
