Gone through the contents of the writ petition and relief sought for therein. 3. Mr. Satapathy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the authority concerned with representations time and again seeking lease of the schedule land under the Municipal Act but no decision has been taken on same, hence, therefore, a direction may perhaps be issued to opposite party No. 3 to consider the same within a stipulated period. 4. Recorded the submission of Mr. Pradhan, learned ASC for the State. 5. In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner, as she has already approached opposite party No.
3 with representations, the th last one dated 27 September, 2024 with a statutory form submitted in terms of the OGLS Act, the Court is inclined to direct the said authority to examine it and to take a decision according to law. 6. Hence, it is ordered. 7. In the result, the writ petition stands disposed with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that opposite party No. 3 shall consider and examine Annexure-1 series and thereafter, to take a decision on such plea of the petitioner with an order at the earliest preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8. Urgent copy of this order be issued as per rules. (R. K.
