') by the petitioners/ respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to quash the proceedings against them in D. V. C. No. S7 of 2023 pending on the frle of IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L. B. Nagar. 2. Heard the Iearned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No. 2 State. Perused the - I record. t 3. In the light of the judgment rn Gqddameedi Nagannani u.
