6 of 2022 till the disposal of application filed by the applicant under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Section 86 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 and Section 81(1) and Section 100(1)(d)(i) of the same Act praying for dismissal of the above referred Election Petition now pending, as the ends of justice may call for. ” P a g e | 2 Md.
