On the last date of hearing i. e. 22. 07. 2024, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Order dated 22. 07. 2024 is modified to the extent that ‘application of the petitioner before the learned Family Court for grant of maintenance has been dismissed’. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
