P-State: Mr. Gautam Rakesh, A. P. P. --- 02 / 10. 12. 2024 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S. T. Case No. 322 of 2024 arising out of Jasidih Rail P. S. Case No. 61 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 317(4), 317(5) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Deoghar. 3. On 05. 07. 2024, the petitioner was apprehended by Jasidih Police from Platform No. 1 while he was moving in suspicious circumstances. On search, two mobile phones and other articles were recovered from his possession.
It is alleged that the seized mobiles were stolen from train passengers. 4. It was submitted that no victim has come forward to claim the seized mobiles. It was further submitted that one of the seized mobiles belong to the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody for more than five months. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of in connection with S.
