M. Parmar learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Ronak Raval learned AGP for the State. 2. In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the concerned respondent to delete the name of respondent nos. 1 to 8 as they have made entry by mistake. 3.
The further prayer made is to direct the respondent to give possession to the petitioner as per the order of the Civil Court as well as the order of SSRD, Ahmedabad. 4. Perusal of the papers would indicate that the petitioner has failed in his revision filed before the SSRD who rejected the revision by an order dated 01. 04. 2017. Admittedly, the order of SSRD has not been challenged by the petitioner and now after over a period of three years, the same is being challenged. 5.
