The petitioners have filed this petition for commanding the respondents to confer ownership rights in their favour regarding land measuring 17 Kanals comprising Survey No. 191 situated at Village Chack Ram Chand, Tehsil and District Kathua in terms of Section 3(n) read with Sections 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 15 and 16 of Jammu and Kashmir Agrarian Reforms Act or Government Order No. LB-6/C of 1958 dated 05. 06. 1958 read with Government Order No. S. 432 of 66 dated 03. 06. 1966 or Government Order No. Reh-371 of 1971 dated 09. 09. 1971. 2.
