By this application, the applicant has sought for impleadment of the Chief Manager, Meghalaya Rural Bank Iewduh Branch, Shillong as a party respondent No. 2 in Crl. Rev. P. No. 7 of 2025. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that the presence of the party sought to be impleaded would be essential for the purpose of proper adjudication of the related criminal revision petition. The learned DSGI appearing for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made. In view of the above, this application stands allowed.
