On perusing the impugned Judgment dtd: 07. 07. 2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.
1, Kamrup (M), in Sessions Case No. 165 (K)/ 2017, by which the appellant has been convicted u/s 302 IPC and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life with a fine of Rs. 10,000/- in default to simple imprisonment for one year and also the LCR, we find that there are two eye witnesses, who corroborate the case of the prosecution with regard to the involvement of the present applicant in the crime. Besides, on considering the fact that the LCR has arrived and the matter can be disposed, we are not inclined to allow the present application. This application is accordingly rejected.
