S. C. Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Notice on behalf of the respondents No. 1 to 3 has been accepted by the office of the Chief Standing Counsel. The instant petition has been preferred seeking the following reliefs:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing and set aside the impugned order in Case No. 41 (Ramsamujh versus Sarkar) under Rule 109-Ka(1) of UP Consoldiation and Holding Rules, 1954 on 22. 04. 2024 passed by opposite party no. 3 i. e. Consolidation Officer, Ambedkar Nagar, contained as Annexure No. 5 to this writ petition.

" From a perusal of the material on record, it appears that this is the second petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he confined his prayer to the second relief, however, there is nothing on record to indicate that what is the status of the revision nor any order-sheets have been brought on record to indicate as to how the revision is proceeding.

Be that as it may, since the revision is pending before the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ambedkar Nagar, accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move an application before the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ambedkar Nagar raising their grievances including for early hearing and in case such an application is moved, the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ambedkar Nagar shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either of the parties on merits and the Court concerned shall consider and decide the case of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 9. 12. 2024 Rakesh/- Digitally signed by :- RAKESH PRAJAPAT High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
