Hemchandra, learned senior counsel submitted that the present writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent No. 1 Director, RIMS, Imphal to consider and disposed of the representation dated 13. 07. 2020 submitted by some of the petitioner to the Director, RIMS, Imphal by taking into consideration Rule 5 of the Rules and Regulation of Post Graduate (M. D/MS/Diploma) admission in RIMS, Imphal, 2020 by issuing a speaking order. Mr. M.
Devananda, learned counsel has no objection and fairly submits that the present writ petition be disposed with the direction as prayed for on behalf of the petitioners. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Director, RIMS, Imphal to consider and disposed of the representation dated W. P. (C) No. 417 of 2020 Page 1 13. 07. 2020 by taking into consideration Rule 5 of the Rules and Regulation of Post Graduate (M. D/MS/Diploma) admission in RIMS, Imphal, 2020 by issuing a speaking order on or before 27. 07. 2020.
