The present application has been filed on behalf of the respondents seeking rectification of the typographical error crept in the order dated 11. 02. 2025 passed by the Court. 2. Learned Addl. Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that vide order dated 11. 02. 2025, this Court directed to list the matter on 15. 04. 2025 while also directing the District Education Officer, Bikaner to remain present before the Court in case the order dated 17. 03. 2020 passed by the Tribunal is not complied with. However, in para-7 of the order, inadvertently the next date in the matter has wrongly been inscribed as “18. 03. 2025” in place of “15. 04.
2025” so also in fourth line of para-7 of the order, the “District Education Officer, Bhilwara” has wrongly been inscribed in place of “District Education Officer, Bikaner”. Hence, it is prayed that the inadvertent error crept in order dated 11. 02. 2025 be rectified accordingly. (2 of 2) [CCP-37/2023] 3. Noticing the above omission, the order dated 11. 02. 2025 has been corrected by me, in my hand and duly initialed today. 4. The application stands allowed. It is hereby ordered that amended order of 11. 02. 2025 passed in SB Civil Contempt Petition No. 37/2023 with the requisite correction as aforesaid be uploaded and earlier order be off loaded from the official website of High Court.
