2023 imposing penalty upon the petitioner. A copy of the Memorandum dated 07. 11. 2024 has been placed before this court by Mr. S. S. Dey, learned Advocate General appearing for the State-respondents. The Memorandum dated 07. 11. 2024 is re-produced hereunder, in verbatim: “No. F. 11(12)-GA(AR)/2019/755-57 GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (AR) DEPARTMENT Dated, 7th November, 2024. MEMORANDUM Memorandum issued vide No. F. 11(12)-GA(AR)/2019 dated 12th September, 2023 imposing penalty in connection with Departmental Proceedings against Shri Sajal Debnath, TES Gr-V (Civil), Junior Engineer is hereby withdrawn, pending further order. Sd/- (A. K. Bhattacharya) Special Secretary to the Government of Tripura (Disciplinary Authority)” A copy of the above memorandum be kept with the record. Since the impugned order imposing penalty upon the petitioner is recalled, the instant writ petition stands infructuous. Personal appearance is dispensed with.
