This application has been instituted on behalf of the applicants praying as follows:— “In the premises herein above, it is therefore respectfully prayed that Your Lordships may be pleased to:– i) implead the proposed legal heirs who are the applicants herein along with their natural mother namely Raina Kausar who is also applicant in pending MC(WP(C)) No. 356 of 2024 as petitioners on behalf of the original petitioner namely Md. Nurul Islam, S/o (L) MV. Serajuddin, a resident of Moijing Lamkhai, P. O. & P. S. Thoubal, Thoubal District, Manipur, - 795138 in order to properly assist the Hon’ble Court as the said Md.
Nurul Islam was expired on 03/06/2024. -AND-ii) pass any further order/orders, direction/directions as deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. ” MC(WP(C)) No. 627 of 2024 Page 1 of 2 Issue notice to the respondents. Resultantly, the application is allowed and the applicants along with their natural mother, namely Raina Kausar be impleaded as petitioners in the writ petition.
