It is submitted by both sides that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediator. As this Transfer Petition is only for transfer of the case from the Family Court, Tirur to the Family Court, Ernakulam, I think that it is feasible to return the settlement agreement executed by the parties before the Mediator for consideration of the Judge, Family Court, Tirur. 3. Therefore, both the parties are directed to be present before the Family Court, Tirur on 21. 12. 2020. The learned Judge, Family Court shall consider the agreement arrived between the parties, as far as possible on the very same day and dispose of the Original Petition on the same day itself. 4. The registry is directed to forward the mediation report and settlement agreement submitted by the Mediator for consideration by the learned Judge, Family Court, forthwith.
