GUNESHWAR SHARMA 01. 04. 2024 Heard Mr. Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant, Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 and Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel for respondent No. 2. By the present application, the petitioner/applicants pray for impleading proposed respondent Nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8 who are the Administrative Secretary, Power, Works, PHED and Excise. It is stated that the petitioners are drawing pension from these departments, but inadvertently, the Administrative Secretaries have not been impleaded and they are very much necessary party in disposal of the main writ petition and nature of the case will not be changed by impleading the proposed respondents. Mr.
Shyam Sharma, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4, Mr. Suresh, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 have no objection. Recording the submissions made at the Bar and onperusal of the application, the proposed respondent Nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8 are impleaded as respondent Nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8 in the main writ petition. The application is allowed and disposed of. Petitioners are permitted to make necessary correction in the main writ petition and file amended recast memo. Petitioners are directed to furnish additional recast Paper Book to the newly impleaded respondents. Respondents are permitted three weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit. List on 8. 5. 2024.
