JUSTICE PANKAJ BHANDARI Order 20/12/2024 1. Accused/applicant has filed this bail application under Section 483 BNSS. 2. F. I. R. No. 490/2016 was registered at Police Station Shahpura, District Jaipur(Rural), for offences under Sections 392, 365, 342, 328, 120-B of IPC. 3. It is contended by counsel for the applicant that similarly situated co-accused have been given benefit of bail by Court. 4. Learned Additional Govt. Advocate has opposed the bail application. 5. I have considered the contentions. 6.
Taking note of the fact that similarly situated co-accused have been given benefit of bail by Court and on ground of parity, (2 of 2) [CRLMB-15122/2024] applicant is also entitled to bail, I deem it proper to allow the bail application. 7. This bail application is accordingly allowed and it is directed that accused applicant shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court and any court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
