Learned counsel for the respondents proposed that the matter may be tried in the District and Sessions Court, East Khasi Hills, Shillong, to which learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection. 2. In view of the above, Registry is directed to transfer the Case Record relating to Ref. LA Case No.
117 of 2015 to the District and Sessions Court, East Khasi Hills, Shillong, and it is expected that the Court shall take up this matter expeditiously without adjourning the matter beyond seven working days at any point of time, in order to bring the issue into its logical conclusion preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order as reference is of the year 2015. 3.
