Naqeeb Ahmed S/o Late Sharif Ahmed including cancellation of his primary membership who after becoming chairman of Bihar State Handloom Weavers Co-operative Union Ltd. , Patna (BISHCOTEX) defaulcated a huge amount of the said society and also for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to hold an impartial enquiry in the affairs. Of Bihar Janta Primary Weavers Co-operative Society, Salempur, Sohsarai, Biharsharif including financial irregularities by any agency such as CID and /or ED or by CBI”. 3.
