This is an application filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for willful and deliberate non-compliance of the Order dated 16. 02. 2024 passed in WP(C) No. 20/2024. It is submitted at the bar that the order against which the contempt petition has been filed has been complied with by the respondent authorities during the pendency of the contempt petition. Ms. Shisa Jamir, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bills of the petitioner have been paid as directed by this Court. Accordingly, nothing survives for adjudication.
