The State of Manipur through the Chief Secretary, Government of Manipur, Manipur Secretariat, Imphal West, Manipur-795001 & 4 Ors. Respondents BEFORE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. M. SUNDAR HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AHANTHEM BIMOL SINGH (ORDER) (Order of the Court was made by Mr. M. Sundar, CJ) 25. 02. 2026 [1] After some arguments, Mr. SH. Athoi Singh, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw captioned main Writ Petition (WP) and captioned miscellaneous case (MC) thereat as it came to light that several facets of the Rule challenge have not been articulated in the captioned and MC thereat.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this request is acceded to. [3] A scanned reproduction of endorsement made by learned counsel on record for writ petitioner in the case file as regards withdrawal is as follows: [4] In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WP and captioned MC thereat are disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit with preservation of rights and contentions of writ petitioner and/or any other similarly placed persons in the aforesaid manner. [5] There shall be no order as to costs. JUDGE CHIEF JUSTICE John Kom
