Mahaveer Prasad & Ors. Having gone through the order dated 22. 10. 2024, we are inclined to allow this application and revive the appeal being D. B Civil Special Appeal Writ No. 415/2023 for being listed as regular appeal for being heard analogously with similar appeals. The application is allowed accordingly.
