12 of 2023 came to be dismissed; has been rendered infructuous in view of the circumstance that Review Application No. 12 of 2023, instituted on behalf of the original petitioners, has since itself being allowed by way of judgment and order rendered by the learned Single Judge of this Court yesterday, i. e. 21-02-2024. In view of the foregoing whilst reserving liberty to the appellants to assail the order dated 21-02-2024 rendered by the learned Single Judge in Review Application No. 12 of 2023; the present appeal is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. In addition to that we have expressed no opinion on the merit of the present appeal and have disposed of the same solely on the ground that it has been rendered infructuous.
