The instant application has been preferred by learned counsel representing the applicant/appellant seeking correction in the award/order dated 09. 03. 2024 passed by the National Lok Adalat by which the applicant-Insurance Company is permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to move an application for recalling of this order in the event an appeal is found to have been filed by the claimaint/owner/driver of the vehicle. He submits that due to clerical mistake, case number in the cause title has been wrongly mentioned as ‘SB Civil Misc. Appeal No. 135/2005’ instead of ‘SB Civil Misc. Appeal No. 132/2005’. 2. For the reasons submitted in the application and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed. It is ordered that case number in the cause title i. e. SB Civil Misc. Appeal No. 135/2005, shall be read as SB Civil Misc. Appeal No. 132/2005. 3. This order shall be read as part and parcel of the award dated 09. 03. 2024 passed by the National Lok Adalat. (DR.
