Case No. 52 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 302/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Prateek Raj, st learned Judicial Magistrate, 1 Class, Gumla. 3. On 22. 06. 2024, daughter of the Informant was murdered in the field of co-accused Bandhu Oraon by her husband and co-accused persons. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. 5. Mr.
Shashi Kumar Verma, learned A. P. P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that all the accused persons had assaulted the deceased. He has further submitted that tractor of the petitioner was seized during the course of investigation. It appears that co-accused Bandhu Oraon has been granted bail by this court vide B. A. No. 9909 of 2024 and there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. 6. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction st of Sri Prateek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1 Class, Gumla in connection with Ghaghra P.
