The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gomia P. S. Case No. 78/2023 corresponding to G. R. Case No. 919/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 395 & 397 of the I. P. C. , pending in the Court of Sri Rajesh Ranjan, learned J. M. F. C. , Bermo at Tenughat. 3. On 11. 08. 2023, the informant was waylaid by unknown dacoits near Jamakdih. Dacoits looted Rs. 55,000/- (rupees fifty five thousand only) from him. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F. I. R.
nor he was put T. I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from his possession. 5. Learned A. P. P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 4. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material available against the petitioner on record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Ranjan, learned J. M. F. C. , Bermo at Tenughat or his successor in connection with Gomia P. S. Case No. 78/2023 corresponding to G. R. Case No. 919/2023. (Ambuj Nath, J. ) Rahul/-
