HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE PUSHPENDRA SINGH BHATI HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MADAN GOPAL VYAS Order 21/01/2025 This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking custody of the corpus. [2025:RJ-JD:3868-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-505/2024] Learned GA cum AAG has submitted a report dated 20. 01. 2025 which shows that the present petitioner and the corpus were living together as live-in partners. He however submits that the corpus was recovered and her statement was recorded before the police authority, in which, she has expressed her voluntary wish to live with her husband Rinku.
