As per the direction of this Court, the learned Munsiff, Aluva has filed a report stating that the suit is posted for framing issues and that six months time is required for disposal of the suit. 4. Therefore, the report is accepted as such and the learned Munsiff, Aluva is directed to dispose of O. S.
