Hardik Kothari, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant through video conferencing submits that in the cognate matters, the applicant has already been enlarged on temporary bail for a period of 7 days. [4] In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to enlarge the applicant on temporary bail for a period of 7 days on the same terms and conditions. The applicant to surrender before Jail Authority on completion of temporary bail, without fail. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
