, State of Assam that he has received instruction over phone that charge-sheet has not been submitted and the petitioner has already cross Page No. # 2/2 the statutory period of 60 days under judicial custody. Considering the provision of law under which the petitioner/accused is charged and the submission of the learned Addl. P. P. , the petitioner is allowed to go on default bail subject to furnishing a PR bond of Rs. 40,000/- with a surety bond of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Special Judge (NDPS Act), Barpeta.
