Learned advocate Ms. Sonal D. Vyas, apeparing for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 - landlord, has no objection. 3. In view of the above, the Civil Application No. 1 of 2025 is allowed, permitting the revisionists to withdraw the Civil Revision Application No. 536 of 2016 and accordingly, the same is disposed of as withdrawn. 3. 1 Interim-relief, if any granted earlier, is discontinued. 3. 2 Record and Proceedings, if any called for, be sent back to the concerned trial Court forthwith.
