JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDER (ORAL) ARUN PALLI-CJ Learned counsel for the appellant submits that ex facie the learned Writ Court had dismissed the petition, for, it lacked material particulars/ necessary pleadings, as also the material documents that ought to have been appended with the petition. Thus, it is urged that the learned Single Judge could always permit the appellant to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
