This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking custody of the corpus. 2. Learned GA-cum-AAG has produced the corpus before this Court through police. 3. This Court has interacted with the corpus and she has stated that she is a major, educated, confident and wants to go with her parents. She wishes to voluntarily stay with her parents. She is [2025:RJ-JD:7624-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-30/2025] insistent that she is not desirous of going with the present petitioner. 4. In view of the fact that the corpus is major; she is not in illegal detention of anybody and wishes to voluntarily stay with her parents, this Court does not find any merit in this habeas corpus petition and the same is, therefore, dismissed. 5.
